    We recognize that recent production delays and changes to expected ship dates have created challenges for our customers, including disruptions to project schedules and planning. We understand the importance of dependable timelines and are committed to improving both our production performance and the accuracy of the information we provide. 

    As we work through our existing order backlog and strengthen our production processes, we have adjusted our published lead times to better reflect current production capacity and set more dependable expectations. 

    Effectively immediately, estimated lead times are up to 10 weeks for most products and up to 20 weeks for freestanding bathtubs.

    Improved Order Scheduling & Visibility 

    We have implemented enhanced production scheduling processes to provide greater visibility into order timelines and more reliable, estimated ship dates. 

    At the time of order placement, our team will provide an estimated ship date based on the current production schedule and product configuration. This allows us to communicate a moreaccurate timeline for each order, which may be shorter than the published lead times above. 

    We recognize that updating published lead times does not resolve delays on orders already in production. Our production and customer service teams are working to provide more reliable updates on outstanding orders as we move through the backlog. 

    Our goal is to continue improving production efficiency and reducing lead times. As we make progress, we will keep this page updated so our customers have access to the most current information.
